I missed my appointment and rang to apologise and offer to pay for not turning up. Jodie just told me to come and she will still provide the service. So grateful

Tough me how to brush my dog better to prevent knots and products to view that may assist. Thank you heaps.

Always so happy with Doug’s groom! She does such a great job and has really worked with me to get Douglas to the handsome stage he’s at now 😂. I really appreciate that she takes the time to give me advice on caring for his coat at home and what I can do between grooms. She’s always so helpful and you can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. Would definitely recommend!
